Lewis aka ‘Flack Fitness’ is an experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer, and is currently studying Level 4 Strength and Conditioning, and a degree in Applied Sport Science.
After several years in the industry in both private and commercial gyms, Lewis has become a firm believer that the first step to building a better you is to build confidence in the gym, to create a mind set that anything as achievable. Lewis will help guide you from the basics of mobility and stretching, to correct lifting technique, and will help to educate you on nutrition and exercise planning, so that when the time comes you’ll be ready to continue your journey on your own.
Personal Training – From £30p/session
1-2-1 or 2-2-1 training with a personal touch. Learn correct exercise technique and train with the confidence that all your efforts are pushing you in the right direction.
Training for an obstacle run or just wanting to get fit with friends? Small group training includes all the in depth coaching of a Personal Training session, but in a group environment and at a fraction of the cost.
Online Training – From £15p/week
For both Personal Training and Small Group Training, packages are available upon request. This includes training programmes, nutritional advice and round-the-clock support.
Strength and Conditioning – Price upon request
